A MKCS Technician will provide you with a link to download the free software tool called CrossLoop. Download the software, install it and create your free account. This will install the CrossLoop panel on your system. Anytime you need MKCS to login to your system simply open the CrossLoop software and provide MKCS with the access code number. This will allow MKCS to take control of your system and provide you with repairs. MKCS Technicians cannot access your systems without an access code and you can disconnect at anytime, letting you keep total control of your system.
