Solutions Moves to New Location
New facility allows expanded service base,
product showroom, and training center
July 01, 2007 -- MK Computer Solutions is moving
its computer service and website design
operation to a new location on September 24,
2007. The facility is located at 80 Office
Park Way in the Tobey Village Office Park of
Pittsford, NY. The new office offers
greater space, allowing for expanded managed services
and in-house computer repair, a new product
showroom, and full training & testing center.
"Our goal is to provide a better breadth of
products and complete service solutions to our clientele,"
said Michael Klimchuk, president of MK Computer
Solutions. "Our new office will help
achieve that goal."
MK Computer Solutions is a full service computer
repair provider specializing in small business
and residential clients, and had outgrown the
space at their previous location, in the Larsen
Engineers building on West Metro Park. The new
facility offers a friendly new product showroom
and efficient service drop-off center, allowing
for an enhanced customer experience. On-site
and remote support customer service will remain
as viable alternatives. Small businesses will
be encouraged to schedule time in the expanded
test center, allowing the client to examine and
assess software and hardware solutions in a
secure setting before implementing to their own
network environment.
"We let the client try it before they buy it,"
Klimchuk explained. "By using our
test center, this will allow a
smooth transition into their own business
environment."
In addition to these new expanded services, MK
Computer Solutions will continue offering its
website design & hosting and marketing core
